A 39-year-old Toms River man was arrested and charged following a road rage incident in Lakewood on Friday, Aug. 14, authorities said.
At 3:30 p.m., officers responded to New Hampshire Avenue and Chestnut Street after a road rage incident led to a two-vehicle crash, Lakewood police said.
