Police ID 45-Year-Old CT Man Killed In Stabbing Authorities have identified the 45-year-old who was fatally stabbed in New Britain over the weekend.  Joseph Lugo, of Hartford, was killed following a stabbing in the 100 block of Columbus Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, according to New Britain police.  Another man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries in the attack. He is expected to survive.  Police said multiple people were involved in the incident, but there is no ongoing threat to the community.  No arrests have been announced as of Tuesday evening.  The investigation is ongoing. …
