Husband Admits Strangling Wife's Fiancée, Hiding Body For 7 Years: Court Docs
A Pennsylvania man admitted strangling his wife’s fiancée in his van and burying her body along a creek nearly seven years ago, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Monday, Sept. 28.
David Allen Snyder, 39, of Hanover, is charged with first-degree murder and strangulation in the death of 38-year-old Kimberley Gsell, court records show.
Gsell was last seen around 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 29, 2019, at the Rodeway Inn at 1239 Harrisburg Pike in Middlesex Township, according to the affidavit.

UPDATE: A 38-year-old woman was killed and another person was hospitalized after a sedan and garbage truck collided head-on in Rockland County, police said.
The crash happened on Route 202 near Wilder Road in Wesley Hills at around 10:35 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, according to Ramapo Police.

Prosecutors are reopening a criminal investigation into members of a Cornell University fraternity accused of a gang rape, according to reports.
The Tompkins County District Attorney's Office told ABC News on Monday, Sept. 28, that it plans to present the case to a grand jury.
