Thousands Without Power In Hudson Valley (Developing) Thousands of residents in Sullivan County are without power on Friday morning, Sept. 4.  The outage is centered in the Fallsburg area, where NYSEG is reporting 3,437 customers without power as of 9 a.m. on Friday.
