Repeat Felon Busted With Five Guns In Capital Region Learns His Fate: Authorities
A man with a history of gun trafficking who was busted with several weapons in the Capital Region is headed back to prison.
Robert F. Bacon, 40, was sentenced Friday, Sept. 4 to 13 years in New York state prison, the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s office said. He’ll also spend five years on probation after his release.
Cops raided an apartment on Glen Avenue in Troy on June 25, 2025, leading to seven arrests including Bacon, authorities said. Ten guns were seized in the search, cops said.
