Pedestrian Crash Temporarily Closes Route 1 (Updated) A pedestrian crash temporarily closed Route 1 in Central Jersey, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 northbound near Adams Lane in North Brunswick Township, according to the NJDOT and local police. There were no serious injuries, North Brunswick Police Capt. Brian A. Hoiberg said. "The scene was cleared in less than a half hour," Holberg said.
